We bid farewell to Robert Michael DeSimone of Lanoka Harbor, New Jersey, born in Union, New Jersey, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on July 6, 2025 at the age of 56. Robert Michael touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his father Ralph DeSimone; and his mother-in-law Kathleen Prebish. He is survived by: his wife Michele; his daughters, Amanda Speidel (Scott) and Ashley Schoeneberg (Eric); his grandchildren, Amelia, Gunnar Speidel, Lorelai, Leland and Magnolia Schoeneberg; his mother Nancy Truncale; and his siblings, Thomas DeSimone (Mary Kay) and Gina DeSimone Mann. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and in laws.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, July 15th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the D'Elia Funeral Home (1300 Vermont Ave, Lakewood, NJ 08701). A funeral Mass was held on Wednesday, July 16th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. Luke Roman Catholic Church (1674 Old Freehold Rd, Toms River, NJ 08755).
