He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Mills and Dolores Mills of Verona; and his sister Joyce Owen. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Mills; his children, Michael Mills, Linda Wells (Roger), Tracey Winand and Kyle Peacock (Jeff); and his sister-in-law Nancy Edelhausser. He is also survived by his 13 grandchildren; his 9 great-grandchildren.
