He was predeceased by: his parents, George Cook and Anna Cook; and his wife Helen Cook. He is survived by: his children, Ned Cook (Joanne), Glen Cook (MaryBeth) and Kelly Deegan; and his sister Nancy Adamski (Thomas). He is also survived by his 7 grandchildren; his 11 great grandchildren.
