She was predeceased by : her parents, Francis Burkart and Elsie Burkart; her brother Wayne Burkart; and her daughter Sheryl A. Scalley. She is survived by : her husband Herbert "Herb" Jensen; her children, Kim Kay (Jay) of Long Valley, Steve Scalley (Nancy) and Kevin Scalley (Joyce); her grandchildren, Alexandra (Kyle), Abigail (Joshua), Michael, Matthew and Mark; and her little princess Angie.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her name to the M.S. Society or St. Judes Children's Hospital.
