He was predeceased by: his parents, Domenico Befumo and Filippina Befumo; and his brother Angelo. He is survived by: his sons, Philip Jr. (Carolyn), Dean (Kris) and Christopher; and his grandchildren, Rebecca, Brian, Eric, Jennifer and Connor.
Visitation was held on Sunday, November 2nd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Hancliffe Home For Funerals (222 Ridgedale Ave, East Hanover, NJ 07936). A funeral Mass was held on Monday, November 3rd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Rose of Lima RC Church (312 Ridgedale Ave, East Hanover, NJ 07936). A burial was held on Monday, November 3rd 2025 at 1:45 PM at the Gate of Heaven Cemetery (225 Ridgedale Ave, East Hanover, NJ 07936).
