He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Chance and Marietta Judith Chance; and his brother Edward Chance. He is survived by: his wife Florence "Buffy" Chance; his goddaughter Gianna Chance; and his nephew Jared Chance.
A graveside service was held on Friday, November 7th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Leesburg Cemetery.
