He is survived by: his wife Patricia Clark Sablak; his daughter Amanda (Stephen Tanay); his granddaughter Marra; his sister Sandy Murphy; his siblings-in-law, Mark, Jayne Clark, Ted, Tina Clark and John; and his nieces and nephews, Angela Blewett, Dawn Wolcott, Alicia Laberdee, Emily Clark, Tianna Sleep, Ryan Clark, Joshua Clark and Griffin Clark.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in his memory to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.
