She is survived by: her son Michael Cooke of Seffner; her grandchildren, James Cooke, Kylie Cooke and Jeremy Montalvo; her siblings, Catherine McMenimen of Houston, TX and Leo Mcmenimen Jr. (Anne Mary) of South River, NJ.; Maria Montalvo.
