He is survived by: his wife Barbara Ardizzone; his daughters, Karen and Stephanie; his son-in-law Patrick Chevalier; his grandchildren, Dylan, Derrick and Avery; and his siblings-in-law, Patricia Affuso, George Affuso and Elizabeth Vagge. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
