With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Agnes Sarmiento (Lincoln Park, New Jersey), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 10, 2025 at the age of 71. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Saturnino Sarmiento and Querina Sarmiento; her husband Narsal Gorospe; her children, Rose Sarmiento and Raymond Gorospe; and her sister Patricia Sarmiento.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 from 8:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the M. John Scanlan Funeral Home (781 Newark Pompton Turnpike, Pompton Plains, NJ 07444). A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Joseph's Church (216 Comly Rd, Lincoln Park, NJ 07035).
