He was predeceased by: his mother Susan Speciale; his grandparents, Joseph, Lorraine Mycewicz and Nicholas Speciale; and his uncles, Glenn Mycewicz and Joseph Speciale.
He is survived by: his wife Anna L. Speciale; his father Anthony Speciale Sr.; his sisters, Danielle M. Speciale and Deanna L. Speciale; his aunts, Laura, Donna Mycewicz and Linda Jensen; his uncle John Speirs; his cousins, Lindsey (Kris), Troy, Dawn (Dan), Rich, Karen (Shannon) and Lauren (Mike); and his godchildren, Kelsey Susan and Jason Tyler.
