With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Alberta Simone in Linden, New Jersey, born in Elizabeth, New Jersey, who passed away on December 3, 2022 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert W. Ferko and Helen Benko; and her daughter Diane Conway Socha. She is survived by: her husband Joseph Simone; her daughter Karen McNamara; her son-in-law Thomas; her grandson Brian McNamara; her stepsons, Paul Simone (Deena) and Steve Simone (Alexis); and her stepgrandchildren, Joseph, Trista, Paula and Marlana.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in memory of Alberta to Josephine's Place, A Space for Women, in Elizabeth, NJ, https://josephinesplace.org.
