He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Chabak, Sr. and Anna Karaman Chabak. He is survived by: his daughters, Christina and Annie; his wife Mary Chabak; his son-in-law Sean Conley; his siblings, Joanne Goncalves (Jack), Nancy Chabak and Robert Chabak (Lisa); his nephews, Christopher Goncalves (Erika) and Robert Chabak; and his friends, Jim and Jeannie D'Pete.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in his memory to Seton Hall University.
