Tyliczka, Sr.; her sons, Jerry Tyliczka, Jr. (Sherry) and James Tyliczka (Cleide); and her grandchildren, Nicholas, Jonathan, Joshua, Grace, Tyler, James, Jr. and Penelope Tyliczka. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
