It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy Marie Phillips of Linden, New Jersey, born in Elizabeth, New Jersey, who passed away on August 6, 2024, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Daniel DeMarco and Marie; her brothers, Arnold and Danny; and her daughter Nancy Cigolini.
She is survived by: her husband Joseph H. Sica; her siblings, Carol Sievert (John) and Carl DeMarco (Carol); her son Joseph D. Sica (Darlene); her stepdaughters, Lisa Phillips and Kristy Philippe; her grandchildren, Danielle Ford (Daniel), Hillary Magill (Sam), Chad Hemenway (Valerie), Jonathon Hemenway (Kelly), Jillian Hader (Andrew), Sarah Taylor (Jon), Jacob Taylor (Laura) and Bianca; and her great grandchildren, Roman, Evan, Tessa, Leo, Claire, Madelyn, Matthew, Robert, Samuel, Oliver, Harrison, Drake, Elle, David and Sofia.
