He was predeceased by: his parents, Elsa Santana and Jose Gutierrez; and his grandson Robert Martin. He is survived by: his wife Elsie L. Veguez; his siblings, Elsie Santana and Sandy Gutierrez; and his grandchildren, Victor, Rashan, Ishmal, Telesse, Alexxiz and Salayya.
