He is survived by: his daughter Susan Goff (Stephen); his granddaughters, Jacquelyn Dahl (Gerald) and Stephanie Goff; his great grandchildren, Briar Kate and Maci Clay Dahl; his siblings, Gloria Hawn, Glenn Simmons and Andrew Simmons (Sally); and his godsons, Christopher R. Pinho and Nathan A. Pinho. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
