He is survived by: his wife Maggie Rodriguez (Tauler); his daughter Michelle Rodriguez Sobey (James Sobey) of Jamesville; his grandchildren, Vanessa, Vinncent and Dylan; his pet Charlie; his sister-in-law Rosa Maria Sierra of Austin, Texas; his nieces and nephews, Robin Rodriguez, Charles McAnulla of Havertown, Pennsylvania and Frank D. Rodriguez, Jr. (Eileen); his great-nephew Michael; his great-nieces, Megan and Caitlin of Morristown; his nephew Alexander T. Sierra (Rebecca); and his great-nephews, Noah and Gabriel Sierra of Austin.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Joseph's memory to Shriners Children's Hospital or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
