He was predeceased by: his parents, Abraham Lim and Rosaline Lim (Singh); and his sisters, Patricia Wilson and Carmel Meller. He is survived by: his wife Carol Ingrid Lim (Cornelius); his daughter Cristen Lim-Flores (Carlos); and his sisters, Rita Choeng and Pauline Sprauve. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers donations to St. Jude Children's Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN, 38105-9959 in his memory would be appreciated.
