She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael McEnerney and Anna McEnerney; her husband Charles Hammel; and her daughter Kathleen. She is survived by: her children, Patricia and Kevin (Catherine); and her grandsons, Charles and Joe.
Visitation will be held on Monday, July 14th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Werson Funeral Home (635 N Wood Ave, Linden, NJ 07036). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 15th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, July 15th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Elizabeth RC Church (220 E Blancke St, Linden, NJ 07036). A burial will be held on Tuesday, July 15th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the St. Gertrude Cemetery (53 Inman Ave, Colonia, NJ 07067).
In lieu of flowers donations to Center for Hope Hospice, 1900 Raritan Road, Scotch Plains, NJ, 07076, or to the Visiting Nurses Association of NJ, 23 Main Street, Suite D1, Holmdel, NJ, 07733, in her memory would be appreciated.
