He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard Sadowski and Helen Sadowski (Cisek); and his sister Christine Sadowski. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth A. Sadowski (Madej); his children, Patricialynn Kahana, Daniel Sadowski (Iris) and Timothy Sadowski (Amy); his grandchildren, Eric Kahana, Andrew Kahana, Christopher Sadowski, Nicholas Sadowski, Matthew Sadowski and Amber Sadowski; and his great grandchild Avery.

Visitation was held on Monday, October 27th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Werson Funeral Home (635 N Wood Ave, Linden, NJ 07036). A funeral Mass was held on Tuesday, October 28th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Theresa of the Child Jesus Church (131 E Edgar Rd, Linden, NJ 07036). An entombment was held on Tuesday, October 28th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the St. Gertrude Cemetery (53 Inman Ave, Colonia, NJ 07067).
