She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Santos Chavez Jimenez and Fidela Barzaga Reyes; her former spouse Elpidio Ramos; her children, Ramon Eduardo, Ana and Maria; her siblings, Beside and Pedro Chavez (Ofelia Cedeño); her husband Wilfredo Selva; and her daughter-in-law Mavelina Ramos. She was also cherished by her children she is survived by her 5 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
