She was predeceased by : her parents, Edward Clemments and Irene Clemments (Kovalcik); her husband Thomas W. Williams, Sr.; and her siblings, John Ferris, Ruth Power, Anna Allen and Edward Clemments.
She is survived by : her children, Thomas W. Williams, Jr. (Felicia), Darrell E. Belcher (Stephanie), Melissa J. Belcher and Krystal L. Belcher (Sam); her grandchildren, Darren, Steven, Caylee, Carleigh, Jack and David; and her sisters, Margaret Rabinowitz and Irene Gaughan. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
