He was predeceased by: his siblings, Carmen Esther, Luis Alfredo, Norberto, Johel Antonio and Franklin.
He is survived by: his wife Maria Valentin; his children, Rosie Rivera, William Valentin III (Pam Borkowski-Valentin) and Christopher Valentin (Lisa); his grandchildren, Estrella Rivera, Thomas Franklin, Cristian Rivera, Jamie Marie Valentin, Leah Franklin and Sofia Jane Borkowski-Valentin; and his siblings, Natividad Maxcy, Zoraida Valentin, Neftali Valentin and Betzaida Valentin-Santiago.
