He was predeceased by: his parents, Ira Samuel McDaniel, Sr. and Evelyn Marie Marshall; his sisters, Ethel Knight, Rachel Wirt and Madeline Horn; and his grandson Jesse McDaniel.
He is survived by: his brother Richard of Granby, CT; his wife Elinor; and his daughter Barbara Lacovara (Bob) of Bristol. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild.
Visitation was held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the Linwood Community Church (1838 Shore Rd, Linwood, NJ 08221-2235). A funeral service was held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
