She was predeceased by: her parents, Patrick Carr and Julia Carr; her husband Joseph Modelski; her daughter Julia Ann Modelski; and her son-in-law John Cole.
She is survived by: her daughter Mary Frances Cole (Modelski); her grandchildren, John Cole (Kristy), Jeffrey Cole (Nina) and Lauren Cole Harding (Thai); her great grandchildren, Chloey, Kieran Cole, Charles Cole, Adrian and Ezra Harding; and her siblings, James and Thomas Carr. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, December 17th 2025 at 9:45 AM at the Our Lady of Sorrows Church (724 Maple Ave, Linwood, NJ 08221). A burial will be held on Wednesday, December 17th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Calvary Cemetery (2025 Old Gulph Rd, Villanova, PA 19085).
