He is survived by: his wife Judy; his daughters, Kristin Kelly (Mike) and Laurie Kearney (Kevin); his grandchildren, Mike, Chris, Joe, Rachel and Kevin; and his siblings, Michael Phillips (Sue), Tommy Phillips and Patty Colson (Dan).
A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Thos L. Shinn Funeral Home (10 Hilliard Dr, Manahawkin, NJ 08050).
