With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Heather Schlemm of Little Ferry, New Jersey, who passed away on March 28, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Heather leaves behind and her impact on the lives of her loved ones. Though Heather may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the memories held dear by her family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Judith Schlemm and Gary Schlemm.

In place of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to Skylands Animal Sanctuary & Rescue, an organization close to Heather's heart.
