She was predeceased by: her husband Setrag Proodian; her sisters, Arpi Jernazian and Seerarpi Papazian; her brothers-in-law, Jack Proodian, Herbert Takakjian and Albert Jernazian; and her niece Janet Takakjian.
She is survived by: her children, Paul Proodian, Susan Novak (Frank), Sharon Gacek (Gordon) and James Proodian (Stacy); her grandchildren, Matthew, Aaron, Frankie, Andrew, Randy (Sarah), Troy, Christopher, Hannah, Sophia, James Daniel, Benjamin and Luke; her great grandchild Isabel Mary; her sibling Adrine Takakjian; and her sibling's children, Christian, Leslie, Laura, Amy, Marie and Edward.
Visitation will be held on Friday, November 21st 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the William G. Basralian Funeral Service (559 Kinderkamack Rd, Oradell, NJ 07649). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 22nd 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. Leon Armenian Church (12-61 Saddle River Rd, Fair Lawn, NJ 07410).
