He is survived by: his wife Julia De Ruvo; his children, Luisa Koop (Alan) and Sergio De Ruvo (Melissa); his sisters-in-law, Gina Giancaspro and Mary De Ruvo; and his grandchildren, Matthew Koop, Jessica Koop, Olivia De Ruvo, Brandon De Ruvo and Dean De Ruvo.
