She is survived by: her husband Jay Perkins; her sons, Bill Perkins (Liz Anne), John Perkins (Susan) and David Young (Cathy); her grandchildren, Emily Perkins (Dan East), Owen Perkins (Margaret), Katie Jensen (Cole) and John Young; and her great grandchildren, Axel, Ayla Perkins and Obsidian Perkins East.
