We announce the death of Helen Martin Bryan of Little Silver, New Jersey, who passed away on September 28, 2026. Helen will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her parents, H. Bradley Martin and Katherine Tod Pleydell-Bouverie; her husband Marsh A. Bryan; and her sister Anne Martin Johnston. She is survived by: her children, Muffie Gur, Michael Bryan, Sr., Linda Brenske and Bomber Bryan; and her half-siblings, Alice M. Takack and H. Bradley Martin. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Thompson Memorial (310 Broad St, Red Bank, NJ 07701). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Christ Episcopal Church (380 Sycamore Ave, Shrewsbury, NJ 07702).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you consider a memorial donation in Helen's honor to the Western Fly Fishing Heritage Center, a non-profit in Jackson, Wyoming (Tax Exempt ID 42-25665799; checks payable to WFFHC, P.O.
