He was predeceased by: his wife Eileen Gannon Kenney; his parents, Teresa Westby and John Duff Kenney; his brother John Duff Kenney, Jr.; his daughter-in-law Elizabeth Ann Kenney (Hudak); his sister Mary Jane; and his brother-in-law Peter E. Warshaw.

He is survived by: his children, Mary Eileen Baltes (Mike) of Doylestown, PA, John (Mary) of Wayzata, MN, Joseph (Darrah) of Rumson, NJ, Anne of Little Silver, NJ, William (Dorothy) of Rumson, NJ, Teresa Sperber (Paul) of Rumson, NJ, Gerard (Stephanie) of Rumson, NJ and Patrick (Jill) of Fairfield, CT.; his brothers, William W. Kenney of Norwalk, CT and William J. III; and his sister-in-law Rosemary D. Gannon of Chatham, NJ. He is also survived by his children and their spouses, his grandchildren and his great grandchild.
