He is survived by: his son Bob Casale (Anne); his daughter-in-law Anne M. Casale; his grandchildren, Elizabeth Lax (David), Matthew Casale (Emily Anderson), Melissa Borshoff (Kyle), Amy Mackenzie (Hal) and Julie Diverio (Steve); and his great grandchildren, Hudson Lax, Peyton Lax, Harper Anderson, Wren Anderson, Luke Borshoff, Leo Borshoff, Lyla Borshoff and Stella MacKenzie.
