He was predeceased by: his father Joseph Mikovits. He is survived by: his mother Joyce Mikovits; his wife Lisa Bruther; his child N. J. Ray; his close friend Banking; his children, Kevin, Sean, Caroline and Brian; and his siblings, Mary Lisa (Steve) and Tom (Sara).
