She was predeceased by: her parents, Antonio Torrinhas and Ramona Torrinhas (Rio); her husband Joaquim De Morais; her daughter Ruth De Morais; and her siblings, Antonio Torrinhas Jr. and Mary Pereira.
She is survived by: her children, Jack De Morais, Mary Machette (David) and Denise Mazzariello (Sean); her granddaughters, Jessica (Rusty) and Nicole; her great grandchildren, Lucas and Adelynn; and her nieces and nephews, Mary, Rosangela, Robert and George.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, a cause close to Ruth's heart.
