He was predeceased by: his son Russell Louis Allen; his siblings, Paul, Clifford Allen and Judith Allen; and his parents, Louis Sheldon Allen and Eleanor Allen.
He is survived by: his wife Joanne Allen of Lodi; his daughter Jamie Kearney (Jimmy) of Fair Lawn; and his grandchildren, Alex and Emma.
