He is survived by: his wife Roseanne; his children, Joseph Modica (Kim) of Walden, NY and Maria Stumpf (Jeffrey); and his grandchildren, Christine Modica (Sean Finnerty), Kevin Modica (Julia Redl) and Matthew Stumpf (Hildaliz).
