In the sacred silence of farewell, Kathleen is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. She was predeceased by: her father John O'Neill. She is survived by: her significant other Edward Knapp; her son John Acton (Maddie); her mother Virginia O'Neill; her sister Rosemarie; her brother-in-law Scott; and her sibling's children, Connor and Halayna.
A committal service will be held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Di Chiara Funeral Home (300 Main St, Lodi, NJ 07644). A graveside service will be held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the St. Mary's Cemetery (224 Westminster Pl, Saddle Brook, NJ 07663).
