He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Rieger and Mary Rieger; and his wife Rachael Rieger. He is survived by: his brother Raymond Rieger (Etta Mae Hennessey); his children, Russell Rieger, Jr. and David Rieger; his grandchildren, David Nicholas Rieger, Jr., Zachery Russell Rieger and Aja'Rae Star Rieger; and his sister Judy Rieger-Betancourt.
