Cobau) and Emily McHale (Ed McHale); his grandchildren, Jordan and Marybel McHale; his sister Anna Rita Lo Casto; his nephew Julian (Jasmine Lo Casto); his great-niece Natalia; his great-nephew Mateo; his nephew Jack Lo Casto (Hannah Timmons); his cousins, Rosaria and Armando Virga; and his sister-in-law Barbara LaRue.
His contributions to the legal community were recognized with his selection as one of the National Trial Lawyers Top 100 in 2023 and 2024, named as lawyer of Distinction in 2025, and he served as a trustee for the Office of Attorney Ethics, alongside active membership in the New York, New Jersey, and Passaic County Bar Associations and the United States Supreme Court, and was a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
