He was predeceased by: his parents, Antonio Bongarzone and Maria Stagliano Bongarzone; his wife Giuseppina Bongarzone; his son Carlo; and his granddaughter Daniela Bongarzone.

He is survived by: his children, Anthony J. Bongarzone (Grace), Frank Bongarzone (Laura), Denise Kessler (James) and Dr. Marco Bongarzone (Moira); his grandchildren, Regina Bongarzone, Colleen Bongarzone, Anthony Bongarzone Jr., Rachael Gelman (Dave), Carli, Taylor Bongarzone, Lauren Kessler, JT Kessler, Dr. Marco Bongarzone (Hannah), Lucas Bongarzone, Renee and Ryan Bongarzone; and his great grandchildren, Brogan, Brinley and Chiara Bongarzone.
