He is survived by: his children, Michael (Camille), Amy (Bill) and Melissa; his grandchildren, Alex (Nicole), Jared (Kathryn), Connor, Shane, Emily, Hannah, Maggie and Nate; his great grandchildren, Olivia and Toby; and his brother Eddie.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the Alzheimer's Association, Dementia Society of America, Alex's Lemonade Stand, or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in Don's memory.
