He is survived by: his daughter Nina Parrilla of Long Branch; his sister Evelyn Carrillo (Juan Carlos Carrillo) of California; his grandchildren, Annalisa Green and James Parrilla of Long Branch; his nephew Flavio Javier Carrillo; his niece Laura Carrillo of California; and his aunt Trinita T. Escobar of Tennessee.
