He is survived by: his children, Efren Rivera Jr. (Josie), Juan Rivera (Shannon), Edwin Rivera, Vanessa Rivera of Connecticut and Jefrin Rivera of Tampa, FL; and his siblings, Norberto Rivera, Hector "Cano" Rivera, Luis Antonio "Yuco" Rivera, Carmen "Titi" Toro, Evelyn "Evo" Herrera, Jamie Rivera and Juan Sotomayor. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
