She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Simplicio Belisario and Zenaida Belisario; her siblings, Cynthia "Cynn" and Antonio "Nonette"; her husband Miguel "Mike"; her children, Kristine (Chad), Michael (Sandra), Marc (Kimberly) and Matthew (Wayne); her grandchildren, Gianni, Tayvian, Jordan, Aidan, Payton, Jackson, Lincoln, Kennedy and Cameron; and her brothers, Simplicio Jr. "Billy" and Daniel. She was also cherished by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.

“Mama Beth was truly an angel on earth. Over 5 years ago she watched over my preemie son Kai with so much love and care at MMC NICU. My son was at the hospital for about 2 months but she and I formed an amazing bond. The attached photo is of us at my son's 100 day birthday party. We may be 1 of thousands of patients Mama Beth had took care of, but to us she really left a huge mark that we will forever hold in our hearts. Beth, you are a truly loved person.
