He was predeceased by: his parents, John Penta Sr. and Carolyn Penta (English). He is survived by: his daughter Annie Penta; and his siblings, Carol Dennis, Mary Trafford, Joanne Eustace, Doreen Penta, John (Margaret Penta) and Kerry (Debbie Penta). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews.
