She was predeceased by: her parents, John Nathan Phillips, Sr. and Dorothy Rebecca Bowles Phillips; and her siblings, Wallace McKnight, Bernadine Lorraine Jackson and Eugene Baskerville.
She is survived by: her husband Larry Miller; her children, Latandra R. R. Phillips of Barnegat and Eric Majette, Jr. of Atlanta, GA; her grandchildren, Lanyssia C. I. Velez, Jonathan Eric Velez and Tahir M. Velez; her great grandchildren, Zaylen La'Davion Hughley and Zacari Armani Phillips; her grandchildren, Raul Alvarado (Naday), Juwan Perry, Lanasia "LaLa" Johnson and Junior "June" Matheo; her siblings, Roosevelt Bowles (Valerie), Samuel Bowles, Caroline Burrell, John Nathan Phillips, Jr., David Brian Phillips, Sr. (Paulette), Charles McKnight (Tawana) and Dorothy Brewer (Mitch); and her parents-in-law, Karen Marie Burns Bowles, Joyce Winn, Linda Bowles, Charlene Thomas, Diana Baskerville, William Miller, Ronald Miller, Linda Miller, Lois Miller and Thomas Miller. She is also survived by great grandchildren.
