With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of James D. McGee Jr. of Long Branch, New Jersey, born in Norfolk, Virginia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 28, 2025. He was predeceased by: his parents, James D. McGee and Betty J. Hooker McGee; and his brother Stephan Michael McGee. He is survived by: his close friend Ulysses Clax; his siblings, Anita Katz (Stuart), Jerry Alan McGee (Linda) and Douglas McGee (Joanne); his siblings' children, Dana Struyf, Heather Xavier (Dan), Cody McGee (Erin), Jeremy Seith (Amanda), Dayton Emmons, Laverne, Arlene and Ivy; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Casey, Emily, Zoey Xavier, Guilianna Frulio, Violet and Peyton Seith; and his friend Denzel Donaldson.
