He was predeceased by: his parents, Julius Galacki, Sr. and Veronica Galacki; and his brother Joe Galacki. He is survived by: his siblings, Dolores "Dee" Galacki and Julius Galacki, Jr.; his niece Kim Friedman; and his sisters-in-law, Judy Victor and Diane Doolittle.
